Greetings. We are super giddy to announce the release of our debut album Carniphobia. Recorded in an array of bedrooms and studios (and everywhere inbetween), we decided not to use any synthesized electronic instruments on our songs, instead opting for entirely acoustic instruments, effects and atmospherics, created using singing saws, wine glasses, old rusty pipes, handmade percussion instruments and anything else we could get our grubby little paws on.
Released on Halloween (31.10.2014) Carniphobia features 10 nuggets of foot-stomping, rum-slinging, nan-shocking, spine-tingling Balkan bangers. We’re selling it through our bandcamp that can be accessed through our Merch Page. The album is supported by the Drunk Girls video, filmed around the gloomy sewers of Brighton and showing the delinquency and tacky charm of the city at its crazy, maddening best.
To promote this cheeky harlequin of an album, we are playing a mammoth 50 date tour around UK and Ireland. Keep your googlies peeled, we will most likely be playing at a knees-up near you very soon.
